We just received a month ago. His skin is thin and shiny and healthy. Back from his armpits and his skin is scaly and dry and scaly. The material is not falling white flakes or something, and do not bite. It is there. It's like when people have dry skin and itching, which not only unpleasant.

Not that he much bathrooms (I've heard of it has), and brushing with a curry brush every day. He is a greyhound (short hair, of course). Is there any lotion or anything that may be on the skin or other resources that we can use to be used?
