Antipasto Platter
Anchovy fillets, rinsed and drained
Ham, finely chopped (Italian ham)
Salami, cut into thin slices
COPACOL, cut into thin slices (this is) with pork
Chunk white tuna, bite-sized pieces of
Asiago cheese, cut into thin strips
Provolone cheese, cut into thin strips
FONTINELLE Italian fontina or cut into thin strips
Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved into curls
Marinated Mushrooms
Marinated artichokes
Marinated red peppers
Green Olives
Black Olives
Pepperoncinis (pickled peppers)
Pickled cherry peppers
Sliced boiled eggs
Romaine lettuce leaves (to line platter)
