My Accent Wall and curtain colour? - girls curtain rods

I have light blue walls ... somewhat younger than the baby blue. I need an accent wall look like a hall of fourteen girls. I have made of dark wood and wrought iron bar decoration. Mulit I have a bed with bars on the other side is blue and white poka dots mini ..... I have black shelves. Ideas for the accents and the colors of the facades please =)
